Frequently Asked Questions
Are your products environmentally friendly?
We do our very best to take our environtment into consideration throughout our entire
production chain. However, we know that producing plastic items does have an
inpact on our environment. We therefore encourage using the boxes for as long
as possible, and after end use sending them to be recycled for producing other
items.
The lids on my boxes are very tight. How can I fix this issue?
Sliding plastic on plastic can create some friction. This is normal. Before first use, please wash your new pill boxes in the dishwasher or by hand using a mild detergent. If you still encounter this issue, use your fingers to slide on the sides of the lid
where the lid and bottom friction, this should help lubricate the lids.
Please also see our "Use & care guide" for more details on how to
take good care of your pill boxes.
The printed text on my lids/boxes is worn off after only 12 months, can this be true?
Our print has been thoroughly tested to resist multiple washes in the dishwasher
(max 50 degrees Celsius) and scratches over a course of minimum 4 years. If you experience the text to be worn off within the first year of use,
please contact us at webshop@kibodan.dk.
